If you purchased your Happi within the 45 day return window, you can return your Happi no questions asked—all you have to pay for is shipping.
If your Happi was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. If your Happi is defective, you must notify us within 45 days of receipt, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. After the label is provided, Happi must be shipped back within 5 business days.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment, no exceptions. Refunds will be processed 3-5 business days once the returned item is received and processed in our warehouse. Purchases of Happi products from another retailer should be returned to the retailer of purchase.
